Course Objectives:
- Identify hazards in the workplace associated with walking and working surfaces including ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts.
- Implement best practices for eliminating or controlling these hazards.
- Understand the employer requirements for protecting workers from walking and working surface hazards.
- Learn the basics of correct use and maintenance of personal fall arrest systems (PFAS).
