As of April 1st, 2023, Cal/OSHA is terminating the accreditation for all Online asbestos training classes. NATEC will no longer offer online training for accredited Asbestos courses after March 31st, 2023.

This Online Asbestos Worker Refresher (English) 8 Hour course meets the Cal/OSHA annual refresher training requirements for Asbestos Workers. The course covers topics required by Cal/OSHA including a review of regulations, of topics from the original course, and any new regulatory requirements, practices or tools of the trade. In addition to the minimum requirements students will cover practical issues workers face with real-world solutions. Practical advice on how to approach asbestos tasks comes from experienced professionals. Workers learn how to comply with regulations without making job-related costs unrealistic.

  • Hours: 8 Hours, 100% Online
  • Up to 14 Days to complete your training
  • Prerequisites: Previous Cal/OSHA 32-hour Asbestos Worker training and annual refreshers
  • Certificate of Completion: A Cal/OSHA certificate documenting Asbestos Worker Refresher training is awarded to each student who attends the course. Full attendance is mandatory.

NOTE: This course meets the AHERA training requirement for Asbestos Workers.

NOTE: This course does NOT qualify for A/C Pipe Certification.

NOTE: All students who are taking a refresher course MUST provide copies of their latest certificates no later than one (1) day prior to class.

Students who do not provide a certificate with a date that is less than one (1) year past the expiration date shown on their certificate, shall NOT be admitted to class.

PLEASE NOTE: Course must be completed within 2 weeks of start date to meet CalOSHA requirements. No credit or refunds for students not completing within 2 week CalOSHA requirement.
