Course Duration: Approximately 6-8 Hours

Which Regulations Does This Course Cover?

California has its own set of regulations for hazardous waste generators that go beyond the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements. The state also identifies some materials as hazardous that the federal government does not. As a result, hazardous waste generators in California need CA-specific training to stay compliant.

Our Title 22 Hazardous Waste Generator certification course meets the training requirements for handling hazardous waste in California, as outlined by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) in Title 22 CCR 66262.34 and Title 22 CCR 66265.16. This course also fulfills the refresher training requirement for California Title 22 Hazardous Waste Generators.
