Attached is the California Department of Public Health’s (Department) 45-Day Notice of Proposed Action for Lead Dust Standard Update, DPH-20-011. The 45-day comment period will open Friday on November 12, 2021 and will close at 5:00 p.m. on December 28, 2021.
